Employee Assistance Program Direct Link

Introducing our EAP program with SupportLinc. Petco’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all partners and their family members. The EAP provides access to in-person or telephonic counseling for a variety of issues. Administered by SupportLinc and paid by Petco, the EAP offers up to five (5) 50-minute confidential counseling sessions and referrals, per issue each plan year.

Get help with drug or alcohol dependency, emotional problems, stress, relationship issues, legal or financial concerns and more. Other services include health and wellness articles and resources, and child and elder care referrals. All Petco partners and family members are eligible and can access EAP services by calling SupportLinc at the telephone number below or by visiting the website or download the app!

Wellbeing for UMR-United Healthcare Direct Link

Partners enrolled in a UMR-United Healthcare medical plan have access to a large network of mental health providers. To find an in-network provider connect with a MyQHealth Care Coordinator by calling 877-324-3536.

Virtual behavior health visits are available if you are 18 or older through our partnership with Teladoc. Member can speak to licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and mental health professionals who can help you manage addiction, depression, stress or anxiety, domestic abuse, grief, and more. Mental health appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time, 7 days a week.

Employees and any dependents who are enrolled in a UMR-United Healthcare medical plan are eligible to take advantage of Teladoc services. Go to teladoc.com or call 800-835-2362 to set up your account and complete your profile.

Kaiser offers a variety of wellbeing programs for members.

Wellbeing Programs on kp.org

Online Classes: Kaiser offers free classes and support groups at no cost to members. Classes and support groups are available in-person and online covering variety of topics. Visit kp.org/classes for more information.

Wellness Coaching: Wellness Coaching is also offered via phone for Kaiser partners! Free coaching is available 5 days a week (sessions are typically 20 minutes each) to assist with wellness inquiries! Visit the Wellness Coaching page for more information or call (866) 862-4295.

Healthy Lifestyle Programs: Kaiser members can access a variety of online programs are also available to Kaiser partners online. Services offered include advice, activities, encouragement, smoking cessation help, and tools to aid you in making lifestyle changes.
