Eligible full-time partners may contact the Petco Service Center to answer your questions about Petco’s benefit plans and to help you enroll or make changes to your coverage. When you call, you’ll speak to a Benefit Counselor who is available to assist you Mon.-Fri. from 8 am to 8 pm ET.

Visit the Alight Benefits Enrollment Platform to log in. New Users will need to set up an account by clicking New Users link on the Alight page.

Through Alight, partners are able to:

• Enroll into benefits
• View coverages
• Process Qualifying Life Events (QLE's)
• Add/Update Beneficiaries information at any time
• Add/Change Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions at any time
