Your Benefits Under the FlexWork Bridge Plan in Detail Direct Link
Hospital Indemnity Protection plan, Accident Protection plan & ADD – A FIXED CASH BENEFIT Direct Link
Hospital Indemnity Protection Plan – Coverage extends to a broad range of services such as hospital admissions and confinement, doctors office visits, diagnostic tests and more. Should you or an enrolled dependent seek care for the following services you will receive a fixed payment for the following:
- Wellness, diagnostic imaging and test
- Emergency room visits, outpatient surgery
- Inpatient surgery
The fixed cash benefits payments are yours to use as you choose upon receiving funds, apply it to household living expenses, prescription costs, groceries, or out-of-pocket health costs and more!
Accident Protection plan - Should you or an enrolled dependent experience a covered injury, the Accident Protection Plan will pay you a cash benefit directly. There is no pre-existing condition exclusions, deductible, or coinsurance requirements for this benefit. This benefit covers 80+ injuries and services.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) – AD&D coverage pays benefits if your death is the result of a covered accident or if you lose a limb due to a covered accident. You and enrolled dependents are covered up to $20,000 for and AD&D coverage. You will need to add your beneficiary in the Benefit Harbor portal when you elect your benefits, you may update this at any time if necessary.
ID Cards Direct Link
ID cards will be mailed to the address on file in Workday. You must present your ID card at every healthcare visit to ensure the provider bills the correct entity for services rendered. Important: To receive fixed payment for services covered under Accident and Hospital Indemnity Protection plans you must provide your ID card for payment to be processed automatically.

How do I pay for my plan Direct Link
Premiums are collected through payroll deductions. If a partner's check does not cover the full premium amount, no deductions will be made, resulting in a missed premium.
Partners who miss 3 premium payments, either consecutively or non-consecutively, will receive an invoice for the total amount of missed premiums. Partners will have 30-days from
the invoice date to submit full payment.
Non Payment of Premiums
If required premiums are not paid within the designated timeframe, benefits will be retroactively canceled to the last date a premium was successfully deducted via payroll, prior to the issuance of the invoice.
This process will also apply for any partners who are New Hires, on Leave, or have a Qualifying Event that results in a missed retroactive premium.
