Exempt partners, except exempt Store General Managers, use Open Time Off (OTO) to take time off for vacation, personal time and incidental sick days. Partners are eligible for OTO at the date of hire (or entry to the eligible role) and provides partners with the flexibility to schedule time away from work without being limited to a number of hours per period or year.

OTO eligible partners are encouraged to take time away from work while ensuring the continued operations of the department – time off requests are approved by each partner’s direct supervisor after considering business and scheduling needs.
