Due to rising costs of medical services and prescriptions, premiums will increase slightly in 2026. Petco is absorbing most of the increase; however, a portion will be shared with partners.

Partners enrolled in UMR-UHC HSA plan "Employee only" or "Employee + child(ren)" coverage will not see a premium increase.

Vision premiums will decrease, and dental premiums will remain unchanged.
